Though our Pink Eczema Cream may look unusual due to its bright pink color, it will not stain the skin. The color comes from B12, an ingredient commonly used in products designed for dry, sensitive or irritated skin.

Unlike a simple B12 ointment in a petroleum-based formula, this cream is formulated with a moisturizing, Colloidal Oatmeal-rich base that helps maintain hydration, soothe irritation and support the skin’s natural barrier. A healthy skin barrier plays an important role in protecting compromised skin from external irritants. Some users may notice mild skin flaking as very dry skin loosens over time, which can occur as the skin becomes better moisturized and freshly repaired skin is revealed underneath.

As with all new products, we recommend patch testing before first use. Note: B12 contains the mineral Cobalt. Individuals with a known Cobalt allergy may also be sensitive to topical B12, so patch testing is particularly important.

Gently apply the cream directly to problem patches. It’s designed to treat these areas specifically.

Follow up with your favorite moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated and to enhance the benefits of the treatment. We suggest the Soothing MSM Moisturizer or Fast Hydrating Lotion.

When you cleanse, use a low irritant, preferably natural cleanser, to help minimize any potential irritation and keep your skin feeling comfortable. We love our OG Milk Wash or Gentle Ceramide Cleanser for this!

Pink Cream

For ongoing flare-ups or skin that needs help regenerating, the Pink Cream might be the best fit. It has B12 (which makes it a little unique) and Colloidal Oatmeal - it’s especially good for supporting skin barrier function, hydration and overall skin health. It’s a fantastic option if your skin needs some extra TLC to stay calm and healthy.

As always, we choose not to use ingredients like Parabens, Sulphates, Petroleum Jelly and synthetic fragrances, making it a great choice for those who typically experience adverse reactions to skincare products.

However, if you have a sensitivity to Cobalt, this product might not be suitable for you and we would recommend trying our original Sensitive Skin Balm instead.

Will the cream stain the skin?

Of course not. While the cream’s bright pink color may raise some eyebrows and scepticism, we promise it will rub in clear, leaving no color behind.

Will the cream stain my clothes?

We love our Pink Cream, but your light-colored clothes might not! If you're using it on larger areas, stick to darker outfits to keep things stain-free.

What does "Dermatologically Tested" mean?

You may have seen the term “Dermatologically Tested” on lots of products before, but did you know there’s not an actual definition or regulation for this term? Because that didn’t sit right with us, and because our aim is to make products for people with really sensitive skin, we decided to send a bunch of them off to be tested in an independent lab on 54 people who reported having sensitive skin. The results were given on a scale of 0 to 5 with 0 being no irritation or redness and 5 being a reaction. We’re happy to report that other than one person who had a reaction to the adhesive on the patch and another who found the patches painful to remove, all subjects reported 0 for redness and irritation for all the products we sent for testing.
